A month is plenty to decide, and that is what you get. Nothing shortens the window, including a sale price. Thirty days, counted from delivery, no questions asked. Tell us inside the window and the return itself can be later. Send it back the way it arrived: tags on, no wear. The same applies to every Sp5der order we handle. An exchange within sp5der is treated as a new order and shipped the same way.
We photograph what comes back, so there is no argument later. Unworn with tags attached — that is the whole condition list. Signs of use beyond trying it on reduce what we can refund. Keep the tags on until you are sure; that is all we ask. Try it at home, not out in the rain. Nothing about a Sp5der order works differently. Sale pieces of sp5der come back on the same terms as full price.
Write to [email protected] with your order number and we send a label. Original packaging helps but is not a condition of return. Tell us at [email protected] what you are sending back and why. Ask at [email protected] and we tell you exactly where to post it. One message starts it; there is no form to fill in. It is the same for every Sp5der piece on the site.
You can change your mind for thirty days. The refund lands on your original method; banks add a day or two. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days. The original shipping charge comes back with the refund. You get the refund on the card you paid with, not as store credit. This is true of the whole Sp5der catalogue.
If it is only the size that is wrong, we swap it rather than refund. Drop-off points are usually faster than a collection. Exchanges can be made once; after that it is a refund. There is no charge to swap for a different size or colour. Ask for an exchange and we hold the replacement while yours travels. Every Sp5der order we take is handled this way.
We would rather send the right size than take the sale back. Returns begin with an email, not a form on a page. We refund in the currency you paid in. Size swaps are free within the same window. Exchange or refund — you choose, and both cost you nothing. That holds across every Sp5der range we carry.
Exchanges work the same way: tell us the size you want instead. Start a return by emailing [email protected]; we reply with instructions. Once the parcel reaches us, the money is sent back the same week. The piece needs to be unworn, unwashed and still tagged. We send the return label, you do not pay for it upfront.
